  1. How do I register for IKKiCON V?

  2. What forms of payment do you accept?

    For pre-registration, we accept paypal, check, cash, money order and cashier’s check. For on-site registration, we are currently only accepting cash.

  3. How can I get a discount on my IKKiCON V registration?

    Pre-register! That is the easiest way to get a discount on your Weekend Badge. For pre-registration and registration badge prices, check out our Registration page.

  4. I’m only coming to run an artist table/check out the dealers’ room. Do I still need a badge?

    All people attending IKKiCON need to have a badge, whether they are staff, volunteer, a guest, dealer, etc.

  5. Why do you need my personal contact information?

    We need this information for a variety of reasons. The verify your age, to confirm your identity, to have contact information in case there is an emergency. We will not share your information with any other organization for any reasons. Your personal information will be kept confidential.

  6. How old do you have to be to get into IKKiCON V without adult supervision?

    You must be 13 year’s old or older to purchase a membership by yourself without adult supervision. Children under the age of 13 can attend as long as they are accompanied by an adult (18+) with a IKKiCON badge. IKKiCON does not offer babysitting services at this time.

  7. Does my badge name have to be my legally given name?

    No, it does not. You can put whatever name you’d like on your badge. We ask that you refrain from offensive terms, slurs, etc.

  8. I haven’t received an email confirmation about my pre-registration. What do I do?

    If you don’t receive a pre-registration confirmation email within two weeks, please email the Registration Manager via our contact form.

  9. What happens after I pre-register? Do you mail me my badge?

    We do not mail out badges. You will need to go to the registration desk and pick up your badge. Please remember to bring a photo ID. Bringing your confirmation sheet from your pre-registration will make the badge pick-up process much quicker.

  10. When will registration be open at IKKiCON V?
    • Thursday, December 30: 4pm – 10pm
    • Friday, December 31: 8am – 10pm
    • Saturday, January 1: 8am – 8pm
    • Sunday, January 2: 8am – 12noon
  11. Why should I pre-register for IKKiCON V?

    The best reason? Make sure you have a badge! (Our first year, we met our venue capacity!) The second best reason? You get our weekend badge at a discounted rate!

  12. Can I have my friend pick up my badge for me?

    No. Plain and simple.

  13. How do I register for a V.I.P. Upgrade?

  14. What’s the point of a V.I.P. Upgrade?

    V.I.P. are limited and have a number of perks that come along with your upgrade. For more details, check out the V.I.P. Upgrade page.

  15. Do you offer Press passes?

    Check out our Press registration page for more information.

  16. Does the pre-registration price cover the cost of the hotel too?

    Unfortunately, no. Hotel rooms are not included in the registration fees and are the responsibility of the attendee to reserve and purchase.
