Rules
All Rules are subject to change at any time.

1. If it is against the law, it is NOT ALLOWED.
2. Volunteering is First come, First served
3. If you do not want to be on the staff you're placed on, you may submit ONE Change Request. If that request is denied, you will remain in your original staff.
4. If your desired staff choices as already full, you may be placed somewhere else to fill in gaps. If you have any complaint about this, read rule # 3.
5. All Volunteer Forms must be via online form
6. Please be truthful about your age. You will be asked to show an ID or proof of age.
7. Volunteers under 18 years of Age.
1. Your volunteer application may be delayed for review by staff heads or The Board of Directors.
2.  If you are accepted for volunteering, crash space is notguaranteed.  Additionally, a signed waiver for working and crash space (crash space for people under 18 is still being decided)
8. Crash Space is assigned based on space available, with volunteers from outside of the Austin Area receiving precedence. 
9. All volunteers must follow the same rules as the con members, and obey all laws of the state of Texas.
10. No trading badges
11. No Volunteer will consume, transport, or carry Alcoholic beverages of any kind on volunteers while working, in convention areas or crash space, or if under the age of 21
12. Volunteers are expected to show up on time to their assigned duty locations.
13. The Green Room is for Guest use ONLY.  Only Guest Relations staff, on-duty Guest Relations volunteers, the Convention Chairman, Vice-Chairmen, Convention Director, and supervising Assistant Director will be allowed admittance.
